J Kre8s, you agree to the terms outlined below.
J Kre8s will provide real estate media services including photography and agreed-upon add-ons.
Final image count and composition are determined at the photographer’s discretion.
Scope of work
A minimum of 2 hours is required per shoot. Client must provide full access. J Kre8s is not responsible for missed areas due to rushed conditions.
PROPERTY ACCESS & CONDITIONS
Services begin at $250 and increase based on size and complexity. Pricing confirmed prior to booking.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Standard delivery is 48–72 hours. Delivered via online gallery.
TURNAROUND
Rush (24hr): +$50.
Drone: +$50–$75. Subject to availability and weather.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Standard editing includes color, exposure, and perspective correction. Advanced retouching billed separately.

PROPERTY PREPARATION
Property must be photo-ready. J Kre8s does not clean, stage, or move items.
New clients pay upfront. Returning clients must pay before delivery. No delivery without full payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. No-shows may be billed.
CANCELLATION
Media is licensed for agent marketing and MLS use only. Not transferable without permission.
USAGE RIGHTS
J Kre8s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
LIABILITY
Files are stored for 7 days. Retrieval after that is not guaranteed.
